The Whole of Me is a comprehensive, simple to use toolkit of active stories, song and movement for Early years, Yr 1 and 2. It is based around 8 themes and designed to create a magical world of language, wellbeing, focus and fun.

Each theme consists of an interactive story, specially composed songs, and yoga inspired moves. The moves in the story can also be used as wonderful standalone activities to calm, energise and stretch. Each theme comes with a selection of extension activities to enhance the story. As you progress through the themes you will build a complete toolkit of songs, movements and stories.
